AGA Events & Functions

O

The 55th AASA AGA will be held at the Ciêla Resort & Spa in Lusaka, Zambia and includes the following events: 

O

• The Boeing Business Planning Workshop will be held on Thursday morning, 16 October, from 09:00 - 13:00.

• The AGA Welcome will commence on Thursday evening, 16 October, from 18:30.

• The AGA Conference Day, will be held at the Lusaka International Convention Centre (LICC), and commence with the Opening Ceremony on Friday morning, 17 October, from 08:30 - 10:30; followed by AGA Working Sessions addressing the AGA theme Believe. Stop. Improve.

• The AASA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will commence on Saturday morning, 18 October, from 09:00 - 11:00, followed by Social Activities from 12:00 - 16:00.

• The AGA Gala Dinner will commence on Saturday evening, 18 October, from 18:30 - 23:00.

​AGA Registration & Badge

O

Delegate Registration will be at the Ciêla Reception Lobby on Wednesday, 15 October from 12:00 - 17:00; on Thursday 16 October from 08:00 - 0900, and again from 14:00 - 16:00; and on Friday, 17 October from 07:30 - 08:30.

• Badges must be collected when you register - your badge is confirmation that you are a registered delegate.

• Your badge must be worn at all the AGA functions.

O

Airport Transfers

O

Complimentary group airport transfers will be arranged from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) to Ciêla Resort, and from Ciêla Resort to the airport.

O

Please email your arrival and departure details to the AASA team at aasa@aasa.za.net so that we can arrange your transfers.
